10 Property Developments to look out for in NSW

By Coposit
18/09/2022

Where sophistication meets practicality and deluxe finishes, living in New South Wales has never looked more luxurious.

Over the last couple of months, we’ve been in touch with countless developers as part of our business development role at Coposit so have been lucky enough to have been exposed to the latest up and coming projects. And secretly wishing we had experienced lockdown in any of them just for the resident facilities alone!

From the most breathtaking views to stunning coastal locations, we’ve rounded up our top 10 boutique developments in the state.

Dairy Farmers Towers

Developer: Thirdi Group

Architect: CKDS Architecture

Location: Newcastle

The famed Dairy Farmers Corner in Newcastle West is set to be transformed into a mixed-used development of around 200 units with ground floor retail and shared workspaces.

Personally, we love the history of this space and how inspiration was drawn from the site’s previous life as a milk bottling and distribution company.

The area is bursting with Newcastle’s best cafes and restaurants with the harbour’s edge right on your doorstep. It’s a no-brainer really and makes us feel like a seachange!

Grand Reve

Developer: Kassis Homes

Architect: Turner

Location: Castle Hill

Immerse yourself in the sanctuary that is Grand Reve with a premium collection of contemporary apartment residences boasting remarkable views of the Hills district and the Sydney CBD. Redefining what it means to ‘dine in,’ the luxurious open plan apartment layout features generous living, kitchen and dining areas accented with 2.7m high ceilings and plenty of comforting natural light. Kitchens include lavish appliances by ‘Wolf’ and eco-friendly ‘Sub Zero’ fridges as standard inclusions for all apartments.

Our favourite part has to be Grand Reve’s beautifully landscaped gardens where there are smaller intimate spaces that provide cozy pockets of privacy for residents to unwind and relax. We also wouldn’t mind watching someone cook our dinner in a Wolf oven!

Grand Central Towers

Developer: Geocon

Architect: Cox Architecture

Location: Woden (ACT)

Ok. We know this isn’t technically NSW, but it is too amazing not to mention.

Inspired by the urban grandeur and elegance of New York’s infamous Grand Central Station, these high-rise residential apartments are guaranteed to deliver a balance of luxury and amenity. Located in Canberra’s geographical centre and towering over the heart of the revitalised Woden Town Centre, Grand Central Towers offers sweeping views across the city and seamless transport connections. We love how this project brings New York inspired opulence to the heart of the nation’s capital.

The resident facilities also look amazing and were another reason we put this one on the list. Residents can enjoy a tranquil rooftop, infinity pool, gym, lounge and even a climate-controlled wine cellar – definitely speaking our language!

Sanctuary at Wentworth Point

Developer: Sekisui House

Architect: Kengo Kuma and Turner

Location: Wentworth Point

This highly anticipated luxury development at Wentworth Point places community and the environment at the forefront of its serene living experience.

Where the hustle and bustle of the city meets the tranquility of Japanese design principles, these apartments maximise waterfront views wherever possible – yes please! Anything with a water view is a winner in our books.

Sanctuary blends neutral palettes and modern finishes to accentuate its light filled spaces and spacious floor plans. Surrounded by the extensive Newington Reserve and Millennium Parklands, the overall project is supported with the aim of being ‘one with nature’ to promote meaningful interactions between its residents and the environment.

Kew Schofields

Developer: Positive Investment Enterprise

Architect: PBD Architects

Location: Schofields

As one of Sydney’s newest suburbs, Schofields provides residents with a deluxe balance between private abodes and connectivity north of the CBD. Located between Rouse Hill Town Centre and the future Schofields Town Centre, residents can enjoy picturesque recreational parks, local cafes and even nearby golf courses.

What stands out to us is how Kew Schofield’s innovative and environmentally sustainable spaces set a new standard for boutique living in the Northwest. It’s also an exciting idea to move into a totally new suburb!

Bond at Bondi Junction

Developer: Capital Corporation

Architect: Group GSA and Koichi Takada

Location: Bondi Junction

Each bespoke Bond apartment is a celebration of the city and the coast with both Bondi Junction and a beachy haven right on your doorstep. Need we say more! This project has all our favourite things rolled into one: close to the coast, loads of sunshine, and a gorgeous rooftop garden.

The effortless apartment living lifestyle features private outdoor terraces with lovely garden residences. A reflection of true Bondi living, Bond echoes its surroundings with organic, sculptured forms and a luscious rooftop oasis perfect for those balmy summer evenings.

We can’t imagine a better way to round off the day than by enjoying the outdoor cinema under the stars at this luxury residence.

Piper House

Developer: Fortis Development Group

Architect: Luigi Rosselli

Location: Point Piper

A true representation of its coveted postcode, Piper House shares its location with some of the country’s most prestigious and historic homes. This residential development in planning is set to wow residents with its ideal positioning between the glorious bays and beaches of the Eastern Suburbs and liveliness of Sydney’s CBD. Its effortless proximity to Sydney’s finest retail and dining destinations is unmatched and offers exceptional transport connections via road, rail and of course the ferries on Sydney Harbour.

The rich heritage and magnificent location are a standout for us with every corner oozing luxury.

The Point Piper location exudes extravagance and comfort and is surrounded by some of the state’s most distinguished private schools including Kincoppal Rose Bay and Kambala Girls School.

Alara Apartments

Developer: Eastern Pacific

Architect: Zouk Architects

Location: Ramsgate

We are loving the effortless living and scenic coastal views at this new luxurious development in South Sydney that is soon to be the crown jewel of Ramsgate. With ground retail floor and surrounded by high-end restaurants, this location has it all and is perfect for beach lovers like us. Comprising just 46 designer apartments, this boutique development is located just 16 kilometres from the Sydney CBD.

Only a short stroll from the beautiful Ramsgate beach, Alara Apartments is a perfect combination of convenience and relaxed coastal living – something we can definitely get around. Hello everlasting summer!

Carmine

Developer: Truslan

Architect:

Location: Lindfield

Located on one of Lindfield’s premier streets, Gladstone Parade, Carmine boasts 18 boutique town homes set amongst an exquisite garden refuge. Situated in a quiet and tranquil area, Carmine is perfectly positioned just moments away from schools, shops and transport. Rich heritage and stunning tree lined streets make the North Shore one of Sydney’s most sought-after districts.

Our favourite feature of Carmine is the secluded balconies that flow into spacious open-plan living areas, where natural materials and muted colours have been used throughout. We’d never want to leave!

Horizon

Developer: JMGM

Architect: Lutolli Architect and Partners

Location: Gosford

Horizon boasts luxury at every turn with stylish apartment residences located just an hour drive from Sydney on the Central Coast and within a stone’s throw from the desirable Hunter Valley wine region.

This enviable and idyllic location offers easy connectivity to the Central Coast’s most chic beach suburbs of Terrigal, Avoca and Pearl Beach and this is one of the best perks, in our opinion.

Residents can pamper themselves with an outdoor pool and sauna and indulge in urban style eateries and grocers with a welcoming retail space and vibrant social community.

From beachy escapes to leafy outdoor gardens and generous open-plan living spaces, these boutique developments were our favourites in NSW. Being from UK, it is hard to go past anything with water views or close to the coast.

The ultimate sophisticated living experiences filled with luxury amenities are all in the palm of your hand and are sure to wow, with a little something for everyone. The biggest problem would be – which would you choose?
