2. Get Coposit Qualified and Secure Your Home: Once you’ve found the perfect property, getting Coposit Qualified ensures you understand your weekly payment capabilities and future mortgage requirements. Secure your home with a $10k deposit and sign the contract.
3. Own While You Save: Make secure weekly payments while your property is being developed. All payments are held in Coposit’s regulated trust account, and you can track your progress through the Coposit app.
4. Collect Your Keys: When construction is complete and your deposit is fully paid, arrange your mortgage. Arissa Group and Coposit will guide you through the final steps, so you can collect your keys and move into your new home!
