How Coposit Works with Parkhill Property
1. Search and Connect: Explore Parkhill Property’s range of homes and communities across North West Sydney, South West Sydney, the Hunter Valley, and other regions in NSW. Submit an enquiry and discover how Coposit can help you secure a home in a community you love.
2. Get Coposit Qualified and Secure Your Home: Once you’ve chosen your ideal location, getting Coposit Qualified is the next step. This qualification assesses your weekly payment capabilities and future mortgage capacity. Once qualified, lock in your home with a $10k deposit and sign your contract.
3. Own While You Save: Make weekly payments as your home is being built. Your payments are safely held in Coposit’s regulated trust account, and you can track them through the Coposit app. This allows you to sit back and relax while your dream home takes shape.
4. Collect Your Keys: When construction is complete and your deposit is paid, it’s time to finalize your mortgage. Need help arranging your mortgage? Our team is here to assist you. After that, all that’s left is to collect your keys and move into your Parkhill Property home!

Parkhill Property is dedicated to making the process of building your home as easy and enjoyable as possible:
1. Choose Your Location and Package: Work with our sales consultants to select the location and home package that suits your family’s size, lifestyle, and budget.
2. Secure Your Property: Secure your home with a $2,000 reservation fee, which takes the property off the market while you get independent legal advice.
3. Exchange Land Contract and Sign Building Contract: Once your solicitor or conveyancer manages the land contract exchange, you’re ready to sign the building contract.
4. Settle on Land and Begin Construction: After land settlement, we’ll manage the approval process and commence construction of your new home.
5. Move In and Thrive: Once your home is completed and your mortgage is arranged, it’s time to move in and enjoy your new community.
