2. Get Coposit Qualified and Secure Your Home: Getting Coposit Qualified is the next step in your homeownership journey. Once qualified, you can secure your home with a $10k deposit and sign your contract.
3. Own While You Save: Coposit allows you to pay off the remainder of your deposit with secure weekly payments. All payments are safely held in Coposit’s regulated trust account, and you can track your progress using the Coposit app.
4. Collect Your Keys: When your new home is completed and your full deposit is paid, we will help you arrange your mortgage. Then, it’s time to move into your new Third.i home!
