A number of first home buyers are using a new platform to help them get their foot in the door without having to fork out a 20 per cent deposit.

The platform helping Aussies secure property with a 10 per cent deposit is called Coposit and people can easily sign up using the company’s phone app.

Founder and CEO Chris Ferris said the platform was helping Aussies dealing with high-priced homes and supersized mortgages.
